    Mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let it activate for 5–10 minutes. Add flour, salt, egg, and melted butter. Knead until smooth and soft.
  2. Let it rise:
    Cover the dough and let it rest for 1–1.5 hours until it doubles in size.
  3. Prepare filling:
    Mix brown sugar and cinnamon with softened butter.
  4. Shape the rolls:
    Roll dough into a rectangle. Spread filling evenly. Roll tightly and cut into even slices.
  5. Second rise:
    Place rolls in a tray and let them rest for 20–30 minutes.
  6. Bake:
    Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden and fluffy.
