Crispy Firewood Sourdough Pizza Bites

Ingredients:

  • Sourdough bread (cut into bite-size cubes or rounds)
  • Pizza sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • Pepperoni / chicken / veggies (your choice)
  • Olive oil
  • Dried oregano & chili flakes
  • Fresh basil (optional)

👩‍🍳 Step-by-Step Recipe:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (or use a pan/air fryer).
  2. Lightly brush sourdough pieces with olive oil.
  3. Toast them for 5–7 minutes until slightly crispy.
  4. Remove and spread pizza sauce on each piece.
  5. Add cheese and toppings of your choice.
  6. Sprinkle oregano and chili flakes.
  7. Bake again for 8–10 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.
