- Prepare the Dough
In a large bowl, mix sourdough starter, warm milk, sugar, egg, and melted butter. Add flour and salt, then mix into a soft dough. - Knead the Dough
Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic. - First Rise (Bulk Fermentation)
Cover and let the dough rise at room temperature for 4–6 hours, or until doubled in size. - Roll Out the Dough
Roll the dough into a large rectangle (about ¼ inch thick). - Add Filling
Spread softened butter evenly, then sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon mixture. - Shape the Rolls
Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into even slices. - Second Rise
Place rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for 1–2 hours until puffy. - Bake
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden brown. - Make the Glaze
