  • 2 cups fresh spinach (roughly chopped)
  • ½–¾ cup feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2–3 garlic cloves (minced)

Seasoning

  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • ½ tsp dried oregano or Italian herbs
  • Lemon juice (optional, for freshness)

🍳 Step-by-Step Recipe

1. Toast the Bread

  • Toast sourdough slices until golden and crispy
  • Keep them warm and set aside

2. Sauté Spinach

  • Heat olive oil in a pan
  • Add garlic and sauté for 20–30 seconds
  • Add spinach and cook until just wilted (2–3 minutes)
  • Season with salt, pepper, and oregano
  • Optional: squeeze a little lemon juice

3. Assemble Toast

  • Spread sautéed spinach evenly over toasted sourdough
  • Sprinkle crumbled feta generously on top

4. Finish & Serve

  • Add chili flakes for a slight kick
  • Drizzle a few drops of olive oil if desired
