  • 200–250g sliced turkey (roasted or deli-style)
  • 4–6 slices bacon
  • 1 large tomato (sliced)
  • 4–6 lettuce leaves (romaine or iceberg)

Sauces & Extras

  • 2–3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Butter for toasting bread

1. Toast the Bread

  • Lightly butter sourdough slices
  • Toast in pan or oven until golden and crisp on both sides

2. Cook the Bacon

  • Fry bacon until crispy
  • Place on paper towel to remove excess oil

  • Slice tomatoes and wash lettuce
