Homemade Baileys Irish Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp chocolate syrup
  • 1 tsp instant coffee (or espresso powder)
  • ½ tsp almond extract (optional but gives that Baileys vibe)
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

How to Make

  1. Add everything to a blender.
  2. Blend for 20–30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Pour into a clean bottle.
  4. Chill in the fridge for 2–3 hours before using.

How to Use

  • In hot chocolate
  • In iced coffee or milkshakes
  • Over ice cream 🍨
  • In cakes, brownies, or desserts

Keeps fresh in the fridge for 5–7 days.
