  • Sourdough bread (2 slices)
  • Eggs (2–3)
  • Butter
  • Milk (2 tbsp for fluffy eggs)
  • Cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • Cooked chicken / turkey slices / sautéed veggies
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Fresh herbs (chives or parsley)

👩‍🍳 Step-by-Step Recipe:

  1. Heat a pan and melt butter.
  2. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook on low heat, stirring gently to make soft fluffy scrambled eggs.
  4. Toast sourdough slices with a little butter until golden.
  5. Place cheese on one slice while still warm so it melts.
  6. Add scrambled eggs on top.
  7. Layer with chicken or veggies.
  8. Cover with second slice, press lightly, and warm for 1–2 minutes.
  9. Garnish with herbs and serve hot.
