  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cacao powder
  • ¼ cup erythritol (or your preferred keto sweetener)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

For the Filling:

  • 5 ripe avocados, mashed
  • 4.5 oz. sugar-free dark chocolate, melted
  • ½ cup erythritol
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon rum (optional, but it adds a nice depth)

Equipment:1 9-inch round cake pan

Ingredients


7 oz Almond Flour

½ cup Butter melted

¼ cup Cacao Powder unsweetened

¼ cup Sugar-Free Sweetener powdered

¼ teaspoon Salt

For the Filling:

  • 5 ripe Avocados mashed
  • 4.5 oz Dark Chocolate sugar-free, melted
  • ½ cup Sugar-Free Sweetener powdered
  • 2 tablespoon Cacao Powder unsweetened
  • ½ cup Almond Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Rum optional

For the Topping

1 oz Peanuts toasted, crumbled

Instructions 

1.Slice and serve cold.

2.Grease a 9-inch round cake pan. Set aside.

3.In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter with the almond flour, cacao powder, sugar-free sweetener, and a pinch of salt. Mix well and pour into the prepared cake pan.

4.Refrigerate for 30 minutes until solid and firm.

5.Next, make the filling: Combine the mashed avocados with the melted chocolate, sugar-free sweetener, cacao powder, almond milk, vanilla, salt, and optionally the rum, using an electric mixer for better results.

6.With a rubber spatula, spread the mixture on top of the crust.

7.Garnish with the crumbled peanuts and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
