If you want pancakes that are soft, airy, and basically melt in your mouth, these Fluffy Cloud Pancakes are your new go-to. They’re light, slightly sweet, and perfect for breakfast vibes that feel a little magical.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar (or maple syrup if you want a natural sweetness)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk (or almond milk for a vegan twist)
  • 1 large egg (or flax egg for vegan)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:
